The Small Charities Advisory Panel (SCAP) has announced the appointment of five new members, ensuring a diverse and representative group of small charities will continue to advocate for the needs of the sector. The panel, which is led by NCVO, exists to strengthen the voice of small charities in policy and decision-making.

Funding Available

Funding is usually at the discretion of the Foundation but the majority of grants are under £5,000.

Multi-year grants are not available.

Who can apply?

Registered charities in the UK that are working locally can apply for one-off grants.

Anchor Foundation

The Anchor Foundation supports Christian Charities working with art and healing and those seeking to offer social inclusion.

Available Funding

Grants of up to £12,000 per year are available.

The trust does not normally give grants to the same project for more than three years.

Who can apply?

Registered charities in the United Kingdom are eligible to apply. The trustees look favourably on organisations whose boards demonstrate equal opportunities.
