The Trust only make grants for ongoing core funding to groups which support: • Elderly people • Children and young people aged 5 – 25 • People with physical impairments, learning difficulties or mental health challenges • Social welfare – people trying to overcome life-limiting problems of a social, rather than medical, origin (such as addiction, relationship difficulties, abuse, offending) • Education and learning (with a particular interest in people who are educationally • disadvantaged, whether adults or children)

The organisation’s main charitable activity must be the rescue and rehoming of domestic pets.

Support Adoption for Pets funds projects that have a direct impact on animal welfare. In light of the current Covid situation they will only fund:- Vet bills,boarding costs,food, salaries of non furloughed animal care satff, utilities and consumables.

The organisation has been operating for at least 2 years and can provide rehoming figures and financial information for a 12 month period.

UK charities with a turnover of less than £1.5 million per year and who are working with at-risk young people affected by the covid-19 crisis will be able to apply for unrestricted grants of up to £2,500. The funding can be used for overheads, salary costs, and/ or wherever else the organisation needs to ensure its survival and sustainable services in the future.

Each of their 31 businesses and their PLC head office are giving away up to £2,000 every month – that is £64,000 a month available to fund local community initiatives. Persimmon Community Champions have supported thousands of community groups and charities over the years.

Community groups and charities can apply for grants of up to £1,000.

The Morrisons Foundation awards grant funding for charity projects which make a positive difference in local communities. In the main grants are available to fully fund projects up to £25,000. Before submitting an application please read the following criteria and answer the eligibility questions below.

The Morrisons Foundation will not generally consider applications which are related to:

1. Salaries and other running costs
2. Support of ongoing service delivery

Help The Homeless was founded in 1975 and shortly thereafter launched its first National Appeal chaired by Sir Robert Mark (the then Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police) which raised a substantial initial capital sum. Together with further donations and legacies since then, this capital has been carefully managed and invested to produce income which is distributed in the form of grants to charities and voluntary organisations throughout the UK.

At The Edward Gostling Foundation, we believe that people living with a mental and/or physical disability or a long-term illness should have the same choices, quality of life opportunities and aspirations as others.
