CVS Cheshire East is pleased to offer an affordable AV equipment hire service, created exclusively for Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) groups in Cheshire East. Whether you’re recording a campaign video or capturing community stories, our equipment is here to help you make a bigger impact.
Hiring is simple, cost-effective, and helps your organisation create professional-quality content without the high upfront costs of purchasing your own gear.

Available Equipment & Pricing:
- Camera Hire – £35 per day (Industry rates: £58-£150)
- Tripod – £5 per day (Industry rates: £20-£25)
- Lighting Kit (lights, reflectors) – £5 per day (Industry rates: £9-£75)
- Microphones – £5 per day
- Complete Bundle (All Equipment) – £40 per day

- Extendable tripod
- Tabletop stand
- Tri-colour LED light
- Wireless Lavalier microphone
- Auto-switching phone clamp
- Microphone ball head mount
- Storage case for the microphone, and storage pouch
- Complete Bundle (All Above Equipment) - £20 per day
Please note camera phone is not included in this kit.
Terms and Conditions
All equipment is subject to availability. You will be invoiced for the cost of hiring the equipment at the time of booking. Payment is required in advance of the hire period to confirm your booking. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid any delays.
To help us prepare your equipment and ensure availability, we kindly ask that all equipment bookings are made at least one week in advance. This allows time for processing your request, confirming availability, and arranging collection.
Please note: The Hirer is liable for any loss, theft, or damage involving the equipment and must indemnify CVSCE in such an event. Read the full terms and conditions here.
