Catering Lead

The Catering Lead plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere and daily experience of young people at The Dome Youth Zone.

More than running a kitchen, this role creates a safe, welcoming social hub where young people can relax, connect, and feel at home.

The Catering Lead ensures that every young person, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance has access to affordable, nutritious food in an environment that feels friendly, respectful, and inclusive.

Reception Lead

No two days are the same in this dynamic front-of-house role.

As the first point of contact at our Youth Zone, you'll welcome young people (aged 8–19, or up to 25 with additional needs), parents, visitors, partners and stakeholders with a friendly and professional approach.

You’ll lead on reception duties while juggling a wide range of tasks, from processing new members and handling phone enquiries, to managing bookings, supporting meetings and ensuring the smooth running of our space.

Facilities Manager

Are you ready to take charge of an incredible, brand-new space designed to inspire young people?

Our fantastic Youth Zone is set to open in Autumn 2026 and we need a passionate Facilities Manager to ensure it runs like clockwork!

This role is all about keeping our members, staff and volunteers safe while maintaining a top-tier facility that’s welcoming, efficient and fully operational.

You’ll be at the heart of making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our young people can focus on having life-changing experiences.

Sessional Youth Worker

Are you driven, passionate, and ready to make a real difference in young people’s lives?

If you bring energy, positivity, and the ability to stay cool when things get busy, this could be exactly the role you’ve been searching for.

As a key part of our delivery team, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

You’ll support Team Leaders across all sessions, helping to create a space where young people feel safe, inspired, and excited to get involved.
