Many of the young people we work with face serious challenges—homelessness, isolation, mental health issues, or becoming a young parent. This role is about walking alongside them, providing real, hands-on support, and helping them find their place in the world.

We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Leaving Care Mentoring Coordinator / Intensive Outreach Worker (Youth).

Programme Support Officer

The Change and Integration Programme is based in Wirral. it is a regional team that works across 9 Cheshire & Merseyside Local Authorities and the Health system on a programme to ensure leaders collaborate to deliver improved services. This role is the lynchpin of the team supporting and coordinating the programme activities across several workstreams and core functions. It is a mix of administration and project work with opportunities to take on small projects. There is an expectation to attend an office base at least once a week.

The GSK IMPACT Awards provide funding, training and development for charities doing excellent work to improve people’s health and wellbeing.  Now in their 29th year, they are open to registered charities that are at least three years’ old, working in a health-related field in the UK.

Provide Community Grants

Unrestricted grants are available for charitable organisations who are working to improve health and wellbeing in local communities in Essex, Suffolk, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Dorset, Lincolnshire, Cheshire, North Yorkshire, or South Yorkshire.
