Grow and Glow brings women together for connection, conversation and mutual encouragement. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend the group is completely free. It is for those aged 18+ only. Each session follows a simple structure that helps everyone feel welcome. Women share how their week has been, anything they want to express that has been weighing on their mind and something they feel grateful for.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has released a Pension Credit Toolkit, a free resource hub for organisations to help raise awareness of Pension Credit among older people, their families, and carers. The toolkit includes downloadable social media assets, posters, and flyers to support local campaigns.
DWP estimate that up to 760,000 pensioner households may be entitled to Pension Credit, but do not claim it.
