NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Stop for Good Tool Kit

This partner guide has been created to help partners share and amplify the latest phase of the Smoking Ends Here campaign: Stop for Good.

Smoking Ends Here is delivering a number of different campaigns, some targeting the whole population, and some selecting specific cohorts and targeting them. This campaign is intended to reach and engage all smokers in Cheshire and Merseyside through a wide mass media campaign, and aims to:

90 Minute Club Poynton

90 Minute Club is an event which is coming to Poynton on Friday 26th June 10.00am-11.30am at Poynton Civic Hall (The Council Chamber), off Park Lane, Poynton, SK12 1RB.  The event will be hosted by Stockport County Community Trust and is part of their Sporting Memories programme.  

 

Free Cycling Support in Macclesfield: Big Bike Revival 2026

The Big Bike Revival offers free support to help adults get cycling locally, with over 10 events running between now and October 2026. Sessions are delivered by experienced and qualified volunteers, instructors, mechanics and passionate cyclists, and are completely free to attend. Bikes and helmets are available to borrow, and refreshments will be provided at every event.

Disability Information Bureau secures National Lottery funding to continue life-changing support across Cheshire East

The Disability Information Bureau (DIB) has secured five years of continuation funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to build on the success of its Welfare, Wellbeing and Work project, helping disabled people, people with long-term health conditions, carers and other vulnerable residents across Cheshire East access the practical support they need to improve their lives.
