Located in the town centre at the junction of Victoria Street and Market Street, the centre offers a range of retail and commercial units, including:
- Unit 14: approximately 1,639 sq ft across two floors.
- Units 16–17: approximately 4,261 sq ft across two floors.
- Units 8–9: approximately 4,684 sq ft across two floors, subject to confirmation.
- Units 10–11: approximately 7,786 sq ft across two floors.
- Unit D: approximately 36,117 sq ft of ground-floor accommodation.
- Units 4–5: further space available, with floor area to be confirmed.
The premises could suit charity retail, community services, training, donation operations or other charitable activities, subject to the suitability of the space and landlord approval.
