At The Edward Gostling Foundation, we believe that people living with a mental and/or physical disability or a long-term illness should have the same choices, quality of life opportunities and aspirations as others. To help us achieve this goal we provide financial support to several charity partners who, through their day to day operations, strive to bring about transformational change to enhance the quality of the lives of people in need.

The Dulverton Trust is an independent grant-making charity. We support UK charities and CIOs (charitable incorporated organisations) tackling a range of social issues, protecting the natural world, and preserving heritage crafts.

The Trust currently offers funding across fthese categories:

YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES

This is our largest category and aims to support charities working with socio-economically disadvantaged children and young people. We fund initiatives that support young people to develop the life skills to enable them to thrive.

GENERAL WELFARE

The Childs Charitable Trust is a grant-making trust, supporting Christian UK registered charities and organisations working both in the UK and overseas.

We are keen to support projects that demonstrate a Christian approach to their work.

The primary focus for grants allocated in 2021 will be on those organisations who actively share the Christian gospel in their work.

Alpkit welcome any applications from individuals and groups supporting grass-roots direct action projects that tackle issues such as the community response to COVID19 19, diversity & inclusion in the outdoors, participation, education, conservation and protection of our natural environment and health & well-being.

Funding for community and voluntary groups who work and make a difference in the town of Macclesfield.

Grants to help voluntary groups, local organisations and clubs in the town.

Grants for community and voluntary groups to support their work in Wilmslow. Wilmslow Town Council considers grant recommendations from its Finance Committee on a quarterly basis at its main Council meeting.

Grants for community and voluntary groups delivering services in Sandbach. Grant applications are discussed in the Town Councils quarterly finance meetings.

Grants for Community and voluntary groups delivering services in Nantwich.  The deadline for applications between £500 - £5000 is 1st October for payment in April the following year.  Applications for small grants up to £500 are invited throughout the year.
