Grow and Glow is a women only peer support group offering free, weekly sessions. We create gentle, welcoming spaces where women can come together to talk, listen, or simply sit alongside others who understand that life can feel heavy at times. There is no referral process, no waiting list, and no expectation to speak. Many women come along just to listen, especially at first.
The groups are peer led rather than clinical and are open to any woman aged 18 plus who may be experiencing isolation, overwhelm, grief, trauma, anxiety, low mood, or who simply feels they would benefit from connection with others. Tea and coffee are provided and sessions are completely free to attend.
We launched our Wilmslow group in January and it runs weekly on Wednesday evenings.
