Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust was established in 1994 to provide information, advice and support for unpaid carers across Cheshire and since 2013 offering limited services in Warrington. We have offices in Northwich, Chester and Crewe. We are a network partner of Carers Trust giving us links to over 100 over local carers organisations and a route to national policy and voice.

From January 2025 Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust are pleased to be working with Snow Angels and OPAL to provide a new service called Better Together for Carers and Older People. This service combines telephone, online, and in-person support for carers and older people living in Cheshire West and Chester.

You will be working as part of the Better Together team to provide support, advice and guidance to adults who contact the service, signpost in and refer into relevant let’s talk sessions across West Chester. You will widely promote the Better Together service offer in local communities, liaising with Health, Social Care and VCFS organisations at community events and meetings, and you'lll attend information sessions across the borough, in partnership with other key organisations.
