Pure Insight already supports hundreds of young people each year across the North West through mentoring, psychological well-being support, peer and group activity, support for young parents and other long-term, relationship-based interventions.
The organisation is now at an exciting point in its journey, with the opportunity to strengthen its profile, diversify income and grow its reach while staying true to its values and purpose.
The new CEO will need to combine strategic leadership with operational grip. They will need the judgement to lead a complex, emotionally sensitive charity and bring the credibility to build relationships across the care sector and the ambition to help Pure Insight move confidently into its next chapter.
