Grow and Glow women's support group
Grow and Glow brings women together for connection, conversation and mutual encouragement. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend the group is completely free. It is for those aged 18+ only. Each session follows a simple structure that helps everyone feel welcome. Women share how their week has been, anything they want to express that has been weighing on their mind and something they feel grateful for. Sessions finish with a light hearted grounding question and there is also an essentials box available that provides free sanitary and hygiene items for anyone who need them.
The Wilmslow group will be launching on Wednesday 7th January, details below. Following the launch the group will run every Wednesday at the same time.
