CVS Meeting & Training Room Hire - Crewe

We at CVS Cheshire East have three meeting rooms available to hire in the centre of Crewe. Each of our meeting rooms is equipped with free WIFI, large presentation TV screens and video conferencing equipment is also available to hire for virtual events.  Priced to support our local community, our meeting room hire is low-cost and available by the hour. By booking a room with CVS you’ll also be supporting us as a charity.

All bookings will be at our offices at Ashton House 1a Gatefield Street Crewe CW1 2JP, please note there is no car parking available on site.

Free WIFI comes as standard with all bookings.

All rooms come with access to a large presentation screen, a 180o room view webcam (able to cover all people) and conference microphones (able to cover up to 12 people).  These options enable you to invite people virtually to your meeting and are currently included in the standard meeting room cost.  Please indicate if you will require this equipment on the booking form below.

COVID Changes

While we recognise that while almost all restrictions have been lifted on the number of people meeting it is still recommended that people should consider the risks of close contact and so the following changes will remain in place. 

When using our building when you arrive you will find:

  • Posters up advising you of handwashing, maintaining distance and the use of face coverings (we ask you consider this in public areas)
  • Handsanitiser in the entrance way and in each meeting room
  • Guidance on using the toilet facilities which include using handsanitiser before entering the toilet and to wait in your meeting room and not queue in the corridor

We are asking anyone that hires our building to:

  • Not arrive before their booking time.  We will not be able to give anyone including the hirer access before the time.
  • Leave promptly by the end of your booking time.
  • Keep the sign in and contact details of people attending their session so that if needed they can be contacted via Test and Trace and for emergency procedures
  • Ensure that people attending their session are aware not to attend if they have COVID symptoms or live with anyone with symptoms
  • Take responsibility for the people attending their session ensuring they follow building guidelines.   

CVS reserves the right to cancel any booking if they feel that there is a risk to others using the building either through people displaying symptoms or not following social distance or the building guidelines.  It is important to us to keep everyone using our building as safe as we can.

COVID specific Terms and Conditions Hirers must: Not arrive before their booking time. We will not be able to give anyone including the hirer access before the time. Keep the sign in and contact details of people attending their session so that if needed they can be contacted via Test and Trace and for emergency procedures. Ensure that people attending their session are aware not to attend if they have COVID symptoms or live with anyone with symptoms. Invoices will be raised on the day your event takes place. One invoice will be raised to cover your room or hot desk hire and equipment usage. All invoices are payable within 21 days. You must give at least 5 working days of cancellation or you will be invoiced the full amount.
