  Live Zoom courses

We will continue to offer a range of live public courses on Zoom for core topics including introductions to safeguarding, boundaries, volunteer management, trustee roles & responsibilities and grant applications. You can view and register for our live courses on our training platform here. Courses start from £10 per person for VCFSE organisations in Cheshire East.

  CVS Bespoke and Private Training Sessions

If you would like to expand the skills, knowledge, abilities and agility of your team we've got you covered. We at CVS provide a variety of expert-led training opportunities, from requisite or essential training for people working or volunteering in the sector to specialist training in fields like grant writing and trusteeship. We hold both in-person and virtual training sessions (details found in each training description). Session costs available on request, with a substantial discount for CVS members! 

  VCFSE Essentials Course

Do your volunteers and staff have the essential training to work in the VCFSE sector? This private course will guide you through the basic training for working or volunteering in the sector and will enable your team to work compliantly. It is also useful refresher training. 

Modules include the 5 topics below, but we can also cover other topics (e.g., GDPR) and adjust the content to match your team’s needs.
