We need additional technicians to support the current volunteers who work in pairs for 2 to 3 hours every week or two on a Thursday afternoon. Absolutely no experience needed . After setting up the pop -up studio, one technician is responsible to turning microphones on and off and adjusting the sound levels whilst the other technician usually edits the recorded material using sound editing software (WavePad) and produces a Master recording which is then copied and sent out to our customers.
Anyone is welcome to visit us on a Thursday to see what we do.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

No experience needed as full training given. Computer literacy would be useful as sound editing software is used but this is easy to learn.
