As a Volunteer Usher at Crewe Lyceum, you will be the face of the theatre, meeting & greeting guests and ensuring that they have a fantastic experience every time they visit.

Most of our volunteers are part of our Front of House team, providing the welcoming smile and cheery goodbye to all of our patrons and do all they can to enhance the customer experience and provide a top class service.

We have an excellent training programme that will help you to deliver the very highest levels of service, ensuring you can volunteer for us with knowledge and confidence. We know that everyone has commitments in their lives, so we’re flexible about when you volunteer too.
Duties may include:
Greeting customers
Showing people to their seats
Helping to keep our auditorium tidy and presentable
Supporting with events and community activity
