"Hands On" Trustees required to Lead on their area of expertise to match our existing skill sets
As a Trustee, the Volunteer will have shared responsibility for
* Ensuring that Morton Hall complies with its governing document, legal requirements and Charity Commission regulations
*Working effectively with other committee members to run the organisation efficiently
*setting and maintaining the organisation's ethos and values
* taking the lead on their area of expertise that they would like to offer to supplement the skill sets of other trustees, to assist in the running of the Charity
*Be able to attend bi-monthly Management Meetings, and to occasionally visit the Hall for other meetings etc. sharing these visits with other Trustees.
Interest and enthusiasm is just as important as experience
Relevant time commitment and availability to fulfil the Lead Role offered.
The ability to work as part of a team
Good communication and IT skills
45p a mile for travel outside Macclesfield to attend training and promotional events
Induction and Training along with on-going support
Induction, and In-house Fire, and Health and Safety and Lone Working Training
Relevant Training and updating for the area of expertise offered
