Being a Family Coach Volunteer is an amazing opportunity to give back to your own community and support Families and loved ones of people in addiction

Being a Family Coach you will be someone with life experience and have some understanding of addiction and the chaos and misery it brings to people's lives and those around them. You will be trained and supported to offer help and guidance to family and loved ones of people in addiction. You will have the opportunity to represent Emerging Futures at Events and help advertise this service in Cheshire East being so we can help as many people as possible.

Life experience is the biggest requirement along with the ability to have understanding without judgement.

Mileage 22p per mile

What support is available for the volunteer?:

Compulsory supervision to give you a safe place to talk freely and openly and reflect on your practice as a Family Coach.

What training is available for the volunteer?:

Compulsory one week training course which is fully accredited so you will be a qualified Family Coach.
