Our Wilmslow shop is currently looking for volunteers to help raise money for research into finding a cure for lung cancer . This is a popular shop which stocks a variety of goods from donated bric-a-brac, clothing, children's toys, books and furniture. As a retail assistant you will be involved in a variety of duties however your main tasks will be to steam and sorted/hang clothing as well as working on the till.

No skills and qualifications are needed for this position as training will be given. All we ask if that you are eager to learn and help such a worthwhile cause.

What support is available for the volunteer?:

All volunteers are supported by the shop manager who will act as a mentor.

On the job training on areas such as steaming, till use and sorting stock.
Volunteers that volunteers over 3 months we offer the opportunity to gain NVQ level 2 qualifications in Retail and Customer Service.
