What to expect:
- Smudging Ceremony
- Reduction in anxiety and stress
- Exposure to sound waves to promote relaxation and healing
- Instrument playing incl. drums, singing bowls, rain sticks, bells and rattles
- No instrument required but please bring along any you may have
