Summary of the service offer:

Our Advocacy services are free, confidential and independent. We represent vulnerable older people who have no one else that can support them in exploring choices and making informed decisions to do with issues such as care, mental health, legal etc.
We offer Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), Independent Advocacy under Care Act

Outcome for beneficiary:

Advocacy works around the belief that equal opportunities should exist for everyone. Advocacy seeks to ensure that people, particularly the most vulnerable in society are able to :
Express their views and concerns
Access information and services
Defend and promote their rights and responsibilities
Express options and choices.
