In this meeting, we'll give you a tour of the new CVS Volunteering Hub platform (and it promotional and engagement features), and look for your support as we plan our 12-month long marketing campaign to promote volunteering in Cheshire East.

In this meeting, we'll give you a tour of the new CVS Volunteering Hub platform (and it promotional and engagement features), and look for your support as we plan our 12-month long marketing campaign to promote volunteering in Cheshire East.

As our marketing campaign will champion every organisation advertising volunteer roles through CVS, we'll be looking for your input and feedback as to the strategy and implementation of the campaign.

  • What audiences do you find difficult to reach?
  • What types of opportunities do you find difficult to fill?
  • How much time do you spend promoting your volunteer roles and what return do you see on that time spent?
  • What marketing practices do you engage with in promoting your volunteer roles?

The primary goal will be to increase the number of people volunteering in Cheshire East through our new volunteer recruitment platform. To do that well, we'd like our campaign to address the challenges you encounter promoting your volunteer roles (or marketing in general).  This also enables us as a network to create actions, resources and guidelines through collaboration.

We'll be joined by CVS Development Officer Roy Aldwin who leads our Volunteer Managers Network which will also be involved in the planning and execution of this campaign.

The meeting will also allow time to for you ask the network about any challenges your currently encountering and we'll update you on the marketing resources CVS are developing.

We hope you can join us.
