Caroline Whitney, CEO for CVS will be talking you through how you as senior staff or board members should be taking care of your organisation's finances. What policies, procedures and controls should be in place for day to day good financial management, as well as how to report on your finances. Graeme Hughes from Brabners Solicitors will be updating you on legislation related to finances, and what you need to do if things start to go wrong.
