Working with people—whether staff or volunteers—can be incredibly rewarding, but sometimes tensions or misunderstandings arise. This friendly, hands-on session is here to help! Designed for anyone working or volunteering for a charity or non-profit, we’ll explore simple, effective ways to handle conflict calmly and constructively. You’ll pick up practical tips, share experiences, and leave feeling more confident about turning tricky situations into positive outcomes.
The course involves a 45-minute computer-based learning session, followed by an interactive discussion about challenging situations you may face in your role.
This course will be delivered by an experienced trainer from Create and Develop Career Solutions.
