Cook for our lunch club (Bollington)

We are looking for someone who can prepare and cook the meals for the lunch club that MHA Community Cheshire East hold for the older people in the community.

Days and Times for the Opportunity: Thursday AM, Thursday PM

As a Catering Volunteer you will work in the kitchen of our venue to help prepare a good quality lunch for our older members. You may plan menus and you’ll get feedback from the older members about what they would like to eat at future activities.
You will help prepare food, keep the kitchen clean and to hygiene and health and safety standards and tidy away afterwards.
You will be working with other volunteers in this role.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Previous catering experience will be needed, whether it’s in schools, social venues or other locations. An awareness of H&S issues in the kitchen will be an advantage.

Training during the recruitment period and further computer training as well ad onsite orientation by the staff.
