We are seeking a creative administrator to help us redesign and update our forms that are used in recruiting new volunteers. The person will have guidance and support from the volunteer manager.
We are seeking the assistance of a volunteer to help us design new forms to use in our volunteer recruitment processes. We would like to work with someone who has experience in designing and creating templates and forms that we can send to potential new volunteers.
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys developing design concepts, graphics and exploring the most effective layout of the documents. Our current documents are in accordance with brand guidelines and recruitment and selection procedures and the text will in most documents remain.
This work will be managed by the volunteer manage and the final documents will be signed off by the CEO before they are distributed.

Experience in creating and designing forms and documents, knowledge of Word, PDF, files, uploading documents, using logos and brand guidelines.
Support with all aspects of the work.
