We would welcome volunteers to support the day-to-day operations of the reception, office and Ruby's Fund centre as a whole.
Provide general support e.g answer the phone, take messages and direct accordingly; ensure signage, display boards and information points are up-to-date and clearly visible.
Welcome and sign visitors in/out and ensure they comply with Covid guidelines (face masks, hand sanitizing, etc).
Direct visitors to the appropriate activity room within the centre.
Ensure the reception area and shop is kept clean and tidy and free of obstacles.
Undergo all training and supervision as required by Ruby’s Fund.
Comply with Ruby’s Fund policies and procedures and promote the principles of these policies amongst colleagues, service users, volunteers and other members of the community.
Around 3 hours per shift.
Minimum commitment of 6 months.
