Host Organisation: Morton Hall Community Centre

This new Trustee Role will ensure that Morton Hall Community Centre in Macclesfield has a programme of regular, planned, and emergency maintenance to help us as we have an all repairing lease. Also to manage future projects of the Hall's development for the benefit of the local community.

As well as becoming a Trustee this new role will help us by taking responsibility for the planning of regular maintenance, and ensuring that our quirkly brick built building, built in 1939 is well maintained with a programme of planned and regular maintenance ,

We are looking for an experienced person
Able to give advice and recommendations
Able to respond quickly in an emergency situation
Reporting to the Chair and Treasurer, and other Trustees
The role will require obtaining quotes and project management
Management of future projects
Computer literacy and a "Can Do" attitude.
Able to volunteer regular flexible time
Attendance at bi-monthly Management meetings

Experience of building works and specifications.
