Days and Times for the Opportunity: Monday AM, Monday PM, Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM, Friday PM

Making time for a 30 minute, non advisory chat to a carer in their home.

• Making time for a 30-minute call on the same day and time each week.
• Committing to volunteering with us for a minimum of 12 weeks.
• Being kind and respectful to your telephone friend.
• Letting us know if you or your telephone friend needs any support.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

You will need to be able to show respect, patience, empathy and understanding.
Be happy to take part in our in-house training.
Adhere to our confidentiality policy.
Enjoy talking and listening and be happy to complete a simple report sheet after each call.
Be happy to work as part of a team.
