Enter and View Representatives visit health and adult social care services Hospitals/Care Homes/GP Practices to see how they are run. By making observations, engaging with Management, patients, residents and visitors, E&V Reps work as part of a team to produce reports with recommendations for improvement or highlighting best practice to share with other services.
