As part of the customer care team, you'd be at the main hospital reception dealing with patient and visitor queries. You will be helpingpeople feel at ease as they visit for the first time, signposting people to where they need to be, addressing their questions about car parking or finding the person they wish to visit and helping with the administrative duties of the busy customer care team.

Main duties include:
• Sign post visitors to the hospital to various departments
• Use Hospital Patient Administration System (PAS) on the computer to help visitors locate patients within the hospital
• Answer Customer Care Reception telephone
• Input Blue Badge holder car details into system

Skills and Qualifications Required:

You need to be a clear communicator with a friendly personality. We need you to be IT literate and confident in using a range of software
