Are you confident to answer the phone in a busy ward environment?
You will be based behind the ward reception desk providing a warm welcome to people arriving on the ward. You will be answering the phone, passing messages on to the staff team and completing any admin tasks that are available.
This is not a patient facing role.
You must have a positive attitude and a confident yet empathetic telephone manner. You will also have good administration skills.
Mileage 35p per mile capped at £7 per day
Local bus and train fares to be agreed in advance
