Days and Times for the Opportunity: Monday AM, Monday PM, Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM, Friday PM

We are looking for friendly individuals who will:
• Approach patients and any other visitors upon arrival at the hospital
• Provide a friendly, polite and reassuring welcome
• Establish their required destination and answer enquiries where appropriate
• Signpost to required destination
• Unlock wheelchairs if required
• Offer assistance to Main Reception queue if people are waiting

Good communicators with a willingness to help and guide patients and visitors
