Trustee opportunities with Time Out Group

Time Out Group (NW) is a well-established charity based in Handforth, Cheshire that helps to support Adults With Learning Difficulties to develop greater independence and enjoy increased opportunities in their lives. The Group has recently secured substantial Big Lottery Funding which provides considerable financial security for the next three years. We have an exciting opportunity for 2 new Trustees to join our existing team of 8 board members, to oversee the next phase of our group’s journey and help to deliver our ambitious strategic plan.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

We have a strong and positive vision to improve and expand the service, and have identified the need for a trustee with Health and safety expertise to support the current trustees, along with a trustee in a more general role. Candidates must be willing to meet the time commitments of these roles, including monthly Trustee meetings, and accept the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship.
