Interview clients to find out about their advice issue.
Research issues using Citizens Advice's electronic information resources.
Explain to clients what their options are and help them identify their next steps.
Offer practical help as needed such as making telephone calls and completing forms for clients.
Keep accurate records of advice work using a secure electronic database.
