To open the Scotch Common storage facility for monthly litter picks (Saturday 10:00 to 12:00) and direct volunteers to pick areas as necessary.
• Annually, to agree with the committee the annual programme of litter-picks; to attend the Annual General Meeting and give a report to members.
o To send a text of advance notice of litter picks and the subsequent post-litter pick results (and thanks) to the Secretary for circulation
o To establish, using membership feedback if available, the area(s) to be covered in each monthly litter pick.
o To organise the litter picks on the day(s) scheduled: this includes ensuring the necessary equipment is available (sacks, gloves, special litter pickers and equipment for new members etc).
o To liaise with Ansa (Cheshire East) to ensure pick-up of collected litter and to occasionally re-order a supply of litter bags.
• To deal with any other reasonable tasks that may be related to the above.
