If you can offer just a few hours to our charity you can make a difference to our resident families helping them to maintain contacts in the community. We're based in a rural setting just a few miles from the beautiful city of Chester.

Is a DBS check required for this role?: Yes
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Full clean Driving licence with at least one years’ driving experience
D1 listed on licence
MIDAS training would be advantageous
Flexible as needed - Weekdays and occasional Saturdays for various times usually between 9am - 4pm (sometimes just a hour or two during the day)

What support is available for the volunteer?:

The team of family mentors and their managers, the Volunteer Coordinator and their assistant. A full induction including Health & Safety and Safeguarding. 24 hour staff available to contact.

What training is available for the volunteer?:

Safeguarding, First Aid and other training which becomes available to staff
