The Bright Life project has been funded by Bright Life Cheshire, they are a organisation who are wanting to combat isolation in the over 50’s.
As a mentor, your role will be taking an interest and caring for the development of the mentee. Providing guidance and support along their journey.
You will use your own knowledge and past experiences to help, guide and motivate your mentee.
The project is here to encourage your own self esteem and to empower you to recognise the skills you have to offer the vulnerable.
The role will help connect you to a new community network.
Full mentoring training will be provided at the start of this project, this will help you understand what your role as a mentor will involve.
Full support will be provided throughout your training and along your mentoring journey.
