An ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and possibly recently or soon to be retired person willing to bring their expertise and become Chair of the Trustees from May 2020.. Taking Morton Hall Community Centre Ltd forward onto bigger and greater things.
Serving a three year term, this very important role will be based working from home planning and overseeing the many aspects of this registered Charity and Company limited by guarantee.
Previous experience of this role would be an advantage for this important role which encompasses the following examples:-
-Leadership - ensuring that the charity has maximum impact for its beneficiaries by forward planning of meetings etc.
-Governance - by working and updating policies and procedures..
-Being efficient and effective and enthusiastic
-Able to commit the required time to fulfil duties required
- Holding to account the Volunteer Management Team of Trustees so that each Trustee fulfils their duties and the aims and objectives are maintained
- Chairing the bi-monthly meetings, and appointing new Trustees and other new Volunteers
Life Experiences and Expertise ideally from a Business or Education background
Enthusiasm, time and patience and a willingness for Morton Hall Community Centre to be Sustained For the Future.
