Listening volunteers provide confidential emotional support , via telephone, email and SMS by undertaking regular volunteering duties with the branch. Skills and Qualifications Required:

No formal qualifications required. Important qualities include the ability to maintain confidentiality and to be able to listen without prejudice, as well as the ability to deal sensitively with all callers including vulnerable people.
