The Wishing Well are seeking a confident and talented Volunteer & Education Manager to join their team.

Place of Work: Primarily based at Jubilee House, the role will cover the south Cheshire area.

Hours: 20 hours a week - flexible working encouraged to support the wellbeing of the individual, fulfil the duties of the role and the mission of the organisation.

Salary:£10,400.00(£10.00p/h)

The Opportunity:

The Wishing Well coordinatesthedeliveryoflearningopportunitiesforapproximately2000learners every year. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, coordination and performance of our education service. As part of the learner’s pathway, this new post holder will also be responsible for seeking appropriate volunteer placements within the organisation to sustain our projects and programmes whilst improving the employability, skill and confidence level of the learner.
