SALARY: £19,100 – £22,100 (pro rata)
HOURS: Up to 30 hours p/w including some evening and weekend work

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and have recent and relevant experience of working with young people and families.
This role will involve travelling across Cheshire East and working with families in the Crewe & Nantwich areas. Local knowledge would therefore be advantageous. Applicants should hold a current driving licence and have access to their own transport. All candidates must prove their eligibility to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
