Hours:

36 per week full time but lots of part time work available depending on role and location

Salary:

£16,850 pa (FTE)  (Deputy Shop Managers) and £17,695 to £20,945 pa (FTE) dependant on role and location (Shop Managers)

Our Shop and Deputy managers are not standard retail managers.  These are empowered, varied, busy roles that will give you the opportunity to work with some amazing people.  Our Shop Teams are our superheroes who face different challenges every moment of the day.  It is hard-work, but very rewarding.

Oxfam operates a volunteer operating model, in which volunteers are empowered to take over most of the tasks within the shop, including running the shop in the manager’s absence. Often the only paid member of staff, our managers are comfortable in this environment, really enjoy working with others and are great at delegating to their teams. Excellent communicators, they are creative, and always look for opportunities to attract new supporters every day.
