Summary of the service offer:

The Information and Advice service is free, impartial, confidential and non-judgemental and can offer help on a range of issues including health, housing, travel, money, welfare benefits and community care.  You can take one of our leaflets or factsheets that cover lots of different topics or we can post them out to you.

Outcome for beneficiary:

We can provide information and advice on a wide range of issues but if we can’t help you during your initial enquiry we will try to find the answer and come back to you. If we can’t we will point you in the right direction of someone who can help - where we're unable to help, we work with a wide range of organisations who we can refer you on to.
