Addressing the social isolation and loneliness often experienced by disabled children and young people, aged 5 to 21 years in Cheshire East. Offering
• regular, term-time youth groups in Crewe, Macclesfield and Congleton, ten-pin bowling and drama clubs in Macclesfield, Saturday club in Crewe, and holiday activities across the borough. All group activities are supported by a members of the large team of young volunteers.
• One-to-one friendships between individual young people and volunteers.
• Outstanding youth volunteering programme of training and support for people 15 year and over.
• Disability awareness workshops for schools, colleges and any other interested organisation.
