Paid for service, company offers communication devices for an older client group. This is a service for those who are not entitled to Telecare and there is a charge associated with the product and service. We are also doing a six week free promotion of the private unit and pendant alarm. Potential customers are able to try the unit for the first six weeks free of charge, then they will have the option to become a private paying customer (15.96 per month) this does exclude the mobile response at present but can be added from the beginning for 10.90. Mobile response for privately paying well being customers is £10.90 per month. Included in this package is a falls lifting service. There is a 24/7 service available. Responses can be provided for emergencies and assess the situation and decide on the appropriate course of action, for example, to assist using emergency lifting cushion, phone GP, phone of ambulance or dress small skin grazes. This service provision may be changed during the Covid 19 emergency.
