Using action learning techniques, these free sessions will be very interactive, sharing ideas and learning from each other as well as from our expert tutors. The course is ideal for organisations that have not written a business plan before, or for people wishing to refresh their knowledge.
Suzy Keen (CVS Cheshire East) and Chris Austin (Edenfield Trailning) will be working through recognised business planning tecniques such as Internal and External analyses, Porters 5 forces, Market Reseach and other ways to assess the current situation and plan for the future of your organisation.
Places are limited to only 10 organisations. You need to commit to the sessions (although we recognise you may have to miss one or two) and be willing to do some homework tasks and fully participate in discussions. We ask that ideally 2 people from each organisation register for this course, so that you can work on your business plan with a colleague, however this is not an absolute requirement..
The sessions will be held on Zoom, and will run from 1-3pm on the following Tuesdays:
- 27th April
- 11th May
- 25th May
- 8th June
- 22nd June
- 6th July
This course is funded by Cheshire East Lifelong Learning.
