This two-part session is aimed at Trustees for a charity or community group or new Trustees who would like to learn advanced aspects of being a Trustee.

 

Advanced Trustee Roles and Responsibilities - Two-Part Virtual Session - Tuesday 16th and 23rd March, 4pm-6pm

During this two-part course you will have the opportunity to understand the different ways that a trustee can contribute to the organisation and the importance of the role in the governance of the charity.

 

Who's it for?

Trustees who are interested in advanced training looking into key issues to consider in your role as Trustee.

 

Outcomes for Learners:

  • In depth look into the responsibilities of a trustee
  • An opportunity to understand the different ways that a trustee can contribute to their organisation
  • The importance of their role in the governance of the organisation
  • An understanding of ways to develop their trustee board

This course links into the Governance section of the GRIPP Checklist.

 

The course will be delivered by a Development Officer at CVS Cheshire East.
