Monitoring & evaluating are essential for any voluntary or community group. This introductory session will look at the basics of monitoring and evaluating to help you report back to funders and stakeholders.
 
Who's it for?

Small community and voluntary groups who need to know more about how they can monitor their activities and evaluate their progress.

 

Outcomes of the session:

  • Understanding the terms 
  • Understanding the basics of monitoring
  • Understand the basic techniques of evaluating

This session links into the Information section of the GRIPP Checklist.

The session will be led by one of the Membership Services Team at CVS Cheshire East. Who have a great deal of experience supporting local VCS organisations.
