Next Trustee Network - Tuesday 5th November, 4pm - 6pm

Attendees are able to seek advice from their peers, share good practice and develop in their role as a Trustee. The network meets at least twice a year with a different topic of discussion each time, decided by the network members.
This CVS Trustees Network will focus on Charity Finances and Trustees.
By popular request, our next Trustee Network will focus on CHARITY FINANCES.
We shall look at key items trustees should be looking for when they read accounts; restricted and unrestricted funds and how to manage these; forecasts versus actuals; managing reserves and how to treat assets and their depreciation as well as other relevant topics.
Our guest speaker will be Andrew Hague, partner of local accountancy firm, Howard Worth.
As well as managing client audits and providing general accountancy advice, Andrew specialises in charity finances, growing businesses and accounting IT systems. Andrew has numerous clients using online cloud based accounting systems and specialises in advising firms in using their technology more efficiently. Parking: Note, there is limited free parking directly in front of Jubilee House ,however; the venue is alongside Asda carpark (pay and display) where there is available parking. Please arrive from 3:45 p.m. onwards for a prompt start at 4:00 p.m.
