Cheshire Community Foundation has lauched a new Grant programme to support Social Prescribing in Crewe with the Steve Morgan Foundation

Positive Steps Social Prescribing Programme for Crewe

This programme will support charitable project/activity costs for groups receiving referrals from health care professionals in Crewe only. Programme activities must be targeted towards improving mental and emotional health and wellbeing - gaining support for life challenges and providing increased activities and opportunities to learn new skills, to enable improved self-confidence, self-esteem and have a better sense of belonging.

Grants available between £1,000 to £4000 (average grant £3000). This​ programme aims to fund ​10-15 grants

Current deadline Midnight 24^th July 2019

We are working with Cheshire Community Foundation to hold an information event for organisations wishing to bid for this funding. 

The venue is still to be announced but we are aiming for this to be in Crewe, book on and further details will be sent out.
